Welcome to Hot Lake Springs! As the new Special Events Director, I am eager to make your event a memorable one! I come to Hot Lake Springs with over 15 years of business experience that includes, tourism, economic development, public relations and planning special events.

Hot Lake Springs is busy booking groups and events of all sizes and we would love for your next group or event to be with us too! We not only have a variety of packages to choose from but I will personally work with each event to make sure that we customize a package to ensure that your event is successful!

As many of you know Hot Lake Springs is a 7 year restoration project that continually has more services and activities to offer as projects become completed. In addition to the package options listed below, Hot Lake Springs also offer its guests an Honor Garden, Gift Shop, Courtyard, Gallery, Marketplace, and soon to be open ReStore day spa and Salon.

Facility Packages

♦ Ballroom Package

    • Full use of Ballroom
    • History Center Admission
    • Full use of Crystal Theatre.

Package designed for up to 100 guests

Maximum number of guests permitted for any private event is: 100

Lunch & dinner options may be added to this package for an additional charge. (In-house catering only available for up to 50 guests).

Gratuity not included

♦ Discovery Package

Choose one of four room options:
    • Fox Library, 3rd Floor Conference Room, Howe's Room or Cackleberries Room
    • History Center Admission
    • Full use of Crystal Theatre

Package designed for 25- 40 guests.

Lunch & Dinner options may be added to this package for an additional charge.
(In- house catering only available for up to 50 guests).

♦ Experience Package

Choose between our many smaller rooms to meet your smaller group needs. We have a variety of rooms to choose from, please call for room availability and pricing.

This option is great for bible studies, board meetings, and weekly on profit groups. We also have a chapel with a maximum capacity of 50 guests.

Package designed for up to 10 guests.

Some package substitutions may be allowed. Please call for more information.

Crystal Theatre is not available for private events during certain times.
